Sales Representative (Spanish Speaking)

We are looking for an energetic, true dynamic Sales Representative for one of our brokerage brands. This person must possess a can do attitude, who can effectively balance their client needs with internal resources to drive high customer retention and satisfaction year after year.

Tasks in the role

• сontacting existing clients via phone, emails and live chats;
• сonducting training sessions with existing clients; 
• keeping up-to-date with all the new products offers to its clients; 
• offer VIP service to our clients and consulting clients on trading questions;
• be flexible, creative, and positive while helping clients online; 
• building trust between the client and the company;
• assisting clients with procedures of deposit and withdrawal.

Requirements

• excellent communication and presentation skills; 
• advanced Knowledge of English and Spanish language; 
• excellent computer literacy; 
• positive, upbeat attitude;
• high attention to detail;
• patience and adaptability;
• background in Sales and/or customer service considered an advantage.
