Key Account Manager (English and Thai Speaking)

We are looking for an energetic, true dynamic Key Account Specialist for one of our famous brokerage brands. This person must possess a can do attitude, who can effectively balance their client needs with internal resources to drive high customer retention and satisfaction year after year.
Tasks in the role
We have a lot of clients on our platform who approach us with general questions, technical issues, financial matters, issues on trading tools and events so in order to provide them with an outstanding customer service experience we are growing our Team of Key Account Specialists for:
- contacting existing clients via phone, emails and live chats;
- conducting training sessions with existing clients;
- keeping up-to-date with all the new products offers to its clients;
- offer VIP service to our clients and consulting clients on trading questions;
- be flexible, creative, and positive while helping clients online;
- building trust between the client and the company;
- assisting clients with procedures of deposit and withdrawal.
Requirements
- intermediate English and fluent Thai language (verbal and written);
- experience/knowledge in trading will be considered as an advantage;
- excellent communication skills;
- computer literate;
- must have patience and must find an approach to all types of clients;
- high typing speed (> 200 characters per minute);
- successful candidates should be expected to start immediately and/or not later than 4 weeks.
